This is the core of my business and the most personally satisfying. Based on your initial health assessment and your personal goals, we will work together to move you towards achieving them. Whether you are looking to make a dramatic change in your body shape, get some fresh ideas for training or you are rehabilitating an injury I will consider your goals, and tailor a program that is right for you.

I am available to train you in your home, in the local park or if you would prefer I use a gym in Central Milton Keynes that we can work in. (there will be additional cost to use the gym when personal training with me if you are not a member but you are NOT expected to join or have to sign any contract with them).
I work around YOU. What your goal is, how much time you have, it is my belief that personal training works with a combination of input from me and commitment from you. This way your goals CAN be achieved!
