Bigger Muscles

When Oly first approached me he was only 18 years old but had such a maturity and enthusiasm about training that I was convinced early on that he would use personal training very effectively. His goals were that he wanted to build a muscle and create a larger physique.

We set about correcting his current training technique first and ensuring that we laid the right foundations of perfect form when performing any of the heavy exercises.

We then monitored his training slowly and progressively adding to the range of reps, sets and weight that Oly trained with. Every 4-6 weeks we would bring in the next level of his training which would be another platform for Oly to build on.

Nutrition was key to Oly achieving his goal and he would get continual advice while having his sessions with me as to how to plan, when to eat and most importantly how much.
