“I have trained with Simon for over three years now and I can’t imagine life without him! When he first started training me I was two months off running the New York marathon. Whilst a lot of my training had already been done he gave me focus and the motivation to pull out all the stops in my training for the final few weeks. Since then I have decided that half marathons are a more sensible distance and sprint triathlons give me more variation.
