Cardiac Arrest

This race is run from Woodlands Farm which offers 500 acres of beautiful North Bucks farmland and woods. In addition to crops the farm has an active natural stone quarry. It's an ideal location for cross country runs and the more unusual course of the Cardiac Arrest having a number of excellent man made and natural obstacles already in place as well as some hills and superb woodland trails.

I would set up weekend morning runs around the local parks and lakes of Milton Keynes and mix them up with drills and circuits to prepare the guys for this 8 Mile race. The rest of the week it was down to them to train but I was always on hand with advice and help should they have needed it.
