Andy's Testimonial

I was first introduced to Andy in October of 2005 when he came to a circuit class I was running. After chatting about how hard the class was and how obviously unfit he felt, Andy said he would like some personal training sessions with me. So we had the initial consultation and agreed that he would have one session a week with me and go himself to the gym 2/3 times a week. on his part, it never happened!

Sure, he would turn up to his session with me week in and week out, but that was it, so the progress was always going to take so much longer. As we were coming to the end of his block of sessions; Andy asked "what would I have to do to get a body like one of those models on the front on Men's Fitness?" I told him that the only way that would happen was if he did everything I told him for six months.in no way did I think that Andy was serious. I began telling him that it would involve training every single day, of course he would have rest days however, it would require a lot of effort on his part. He would have to eat exactly what I tell him to eat. He is a fussy eater but ultimately nutrition was going to be a HUGE factor on him achieving the results so it was no good if he carried on eating the way he would normally. No smoking. No alcohol. Sleeping 8 hours at night. And so the list went on.
