Andys Testimonial (cont)

Andy was naturally a little hesitant but in the end he came to the conclusion that he would only have to live his life this way for 6 months and then he could go back to doing whatever he pleased after the six months! So we sat down work out some rules to be followed. Did some positive visualisation training, worked out some specific goals to be achieved and then booked in day one of the six month journey.
