Sue knew of me from my company fitMK in Milton Keynes and had followed me on facebook and seen some of the hints and tips I had put out there to help BUT she needed more help.
She is fairly typical in that she works, is a mum and a wife and has the day-to-day running of the household that dominates her day. However she didn’t feel like she was where she wanted to be training and eating wise.
To be honest I figured out very quickly that she had the determination and quite lot of knowledge already but she just wasn’t applying it. So the first thing we needed to do was really find out why she wanted the goals that were important to her. How was she going to feel achieving them? What she expected once she had got them?
